How big is it, and where can I store it?
Open, ONEFOLD measures 41.3 × 15.7 × 1.2 in (105 × 40 × 3 cm). It folds in half to about 20.7 × 15.7 × 2.4 in (53 × 40 × 6 cm), slim enough to slide under a couch or bed, or tuck into a closet.
How much weight can it hold?
ONEFOLD supports up to 350 lbs.
How long does it take to set up?
Seconds. Unfold the board, clip on the resistance bands and you're ready to train. No tools or assembly needed.
What kind of workouts can I do?
ONEFOLD covers six areas: core (ab rollouts and planks), chest (guided push-ups), arms (band curls and presses), back (rows and pulls), glutes and legs (kickbacks and bridges), and Pilates flow (slides and stretches). The free ONEFOLD app takes you through 27 board exercises with a day-by-day 30-day plan and form cues for every move.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No. The smooth, low-impact glide is easy to control, so you can start slow and build up at your own pace. The free 30-day program starts with the basics and adds sets and reps week by week.
How is ONEFOLD different from a Pilates reformer?
A home reformer is a larger machine. For example, the AeroPilates Reformer 287 measures 85.25 × 17.5 × 9 in assembled and was listed at $449.99 on sale ($599.99 regular) on staminaproducts.com when we checked on October 6, 2026. ONEFOLD gives you a full-body board workout with sliding pads and resistance bands, then folds in half and stores out of sight.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing can take up to 5 business days.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order ships, delivery within the US typically takes 7–15 business days. You can follow every step with your tracking number.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It can take up to 3 business days for tracking to show its first updates, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Why might my order take longer?
Delivery can take longer during peak season (October to December) and around major holidays. Carrier delays can also add time. You can follow every step with your tracking number.
