This website is operated by ONEFOLD. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to ONEFOLD. By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Using our store

By using this store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You agree not to use our products or store for any unlawful purpose.

Products and pricing

We do our best to describe and display our products accurately, including colours, dimensions and contents. Screens and lighting vary, so small differences in appearance are possible. Prices and product availability may change without notice. If we make a pricing or description error, we may correct it and cancel affected orders, with a full refund.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if an order appears to be placed by a reseller. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our checkout provider. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds, our 60-day money-back guarantee and our 1-year warranty are covered by our Refund Policy.

Health and safety

Exercise involves a risk of injury. Consult a doctor or qualified health professional before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a medical condition. Read and follow all product instructions, warm up before training and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Do not exceed the stated maximum user weight of 350 lbs for the ONEFOLD board. Inspect your equipment, including bands and cords, before each use and stop using any part that appears worn or damaged. Warranties

Apart from the 1-year warranty described in our Refund Policy, our products and store are provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONEFOLD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, illustrations and the ONEFOLD name and logo, belongs to ONEFOLD and may not be copied or used without our permission.
